Before 3 days of slot / appointment booking date:
Any member after registration and successful payment, if wishes to cancel the booking slot for any reason before 3 days prior to the appointment date, may send us the official communication to the below mentioned email with the payment receipts. They can contact us; we shall refund the candidate 90% of the same amount within 7 working days.
Before 2 days and after of slot / appointment booking date:
Any member after registration and successful payment, if wishes to cancel the booking slot for any reason before 2 days and after, prior to the appointment date, may send us the official communication to the below mentioned email with the payment receipts. They can contact us; we shall not refund any booking amount. The entire booking amount will be forfeited.
